Casey County Hospital has partnered with NextGen to provide this service. Online healthcare information is available to patients 18 years or older and who have been a patient at the hospital on or after Jan. 1, 2015 or the Casey County Primary Care or Casey County Family Practice or after Jan.1, 2016.

All discharged patients may be enrolled in the NextGen Patient Portal by a staff member of the hospital prior to discharge. Once enrolled, the staff member will print out the log-on information for the patient. The patient will need this page, along with an email they receive, to access the Portal.
